You may have heard that Steve Dale recently branched out to become the Gorilla whisperer in Rwanda, but he’s back from the mountains in the mist and Animal Cafe is thrilled to announce that Chicago’s best, brightest, and busiest animal advocate, journalist, and broadcaster is joining our team!
Steve Dale, a long-time syndicated columnist for Tribune Media Services, has two nationally syndicated radio shows, Steve Dale’s Pet World and The Pet Minute, where he shares his years of experience, his expertise (he is a Certified Animal Behavior Consultant) and his humor with guests and callers. He’s been on the red carpet with amazing animal advocates, like Betty White who, by the way, wrote forwards to his two new e-books, Good Dog and Good Cat. He has interviewed what seems like every luminary in the field. Drawing on his considerable knowledge and abilities, he brings his own passion and fresh perspective to each interview. I know you’re going to enjoy tuning in every Thursday to hear his next guest.
Steve has been on at least a dozen TV programs, including The Oprah Winfrey Show, National Geographic Explorer, Animal Planet, PBS, and others, comfortable and skilled being on the other end of the microphone. He is a prolific, award-winning writer with many books to his name, contributing to Cat Fancy, USA Today, the Chicago Tribune’s blog, Chicago Now and other websites, including Victoria Stilwell’s. Now Animal Cafe will be sharing more excellent content with you.
We know how busy Steve is, not only with his shows, writing, and speaking engagements around the world, but as a Board Member for Winn Feline Foundation, Tree House Foundation and American Humane (also serving as the American Humane National Ambassador). The Animal Cafe team, Dr Lorie Huston, Carol N Bryant, Kelly Gorman Dunbar and I are delighted to welcome Steve Dale, best friend to dogs, cats and animals everywhere.
Steve has a fun Halloween special today, to be published in a couple of hours, so don’t miss it! Watch for Steve every Thursday – be sure to stop by!
