Hardcore fans of Japanese baseball can view room after room of baseball memorabilia - uniforms of famous players, old balls, significant bats, important gloves, and miscellaneous trading cards and trophies. Equipment dating back to 1875 is on display in the "History of Baseball" room; other rooms focus on professional leagues and amateur (high school and college) teams.

One unexpected attraction is a batting simulator, where visitors can try their hand at (virtual) batting against (virtual) pro pitchers from the 2009 All-Star Games. Elsewhere, video installations scattered through the museum replay important games from history. An English-language pamphlet, available upon request, describes the exhibits in detail.
