Tokyo's city hall building features not one but two free observation decks from which to enjoy a sweeping view of the city and surroundings. On a clear day you can see Mount Fuji, but the view at dusk or nighttime is more entertaining, as the lights make Tokyo quite a bit prettier. Both observation floors are 202 meters above the ground; the north deck is open late.

The building itself was designed by architect Kenzo Tange and completed in 1991. It stands 48 stories tall.
